Keep your account secure
The security settings you can use in Euporia today.
Euporia holds a picture of your whole financial life. This page covers the security settings you can use today, and how to get help if something looks wrong.
We only claim what we can show
We describe a security control here only once it's verified against evidence in our security programme. Until more are, this page sticks to what you can see and do yourself.
What Euporia is for
Euporia reads and organises your finances. It has no feature for making payments or transfers, and it doesn't hold funds.
Signing in
- Passwords need 12 to 128 characters. A few random words work well.
- Two-step verification uses an authenticator app and single-use backup codes. Turn it on. Euporia doesn't ask for your phone number.
- Sensitive actions, such as exporting data or changing your email, may ask you to sign in again first.
Keep an eye on your account
- Where you're signed in lists your devices, and you can sign any of them out.
- Recent sign-ins shows your last five sign-ins.
- If you get a security email about a change you didn't make, change your password and email support@euporia.money.
If you lose access
If you lose both your authenticator and your backup codes, see I lost my authenticator and my backup codes.
AI with limits
AI features are built to receive only what each one needs, leaving out your name, email, account numbers and notes.
Their suggestions are links to the page where you act yourself. See How the AI works.
