Passwords, verification codes, expired links and locked sign-ins.
I forgot my password
Select Forgot password? on the sign-in page, enter your email and select Send reset link. Open the email Reset your Euporia password and choose a new password. Resetting signs you out everywhere.
For your privacy, we show the same message whether or not the address has an account.
"Email or password is incorrect"
Check the address and password. If you've only just signed up, you haven't chosen a password yet: open the Finish creating your Euporia account email first. To get it again, see Didn't get the email?
"This link is invalid or has expired"
Links in our emails work once and expire. Request a new one from the same page.
I lost my authenticator app
On the two-step verification screen, select Use a backup code and enter one of the backup codes you saved. Each works once. Then, in Profile → Security, set up two-step verification again or create new backup codes.
I lost my authenticator and my backup codes
There's no self-service way back in, by design: it's what keeps someone who gets into your email out of your account. Email support@euporia.money from the address on your account. We'll never ask for your password or a code. For your protection, recovery includes a waiting period before anything changes, and we email your address so you can stop a request you didn't make.
"Too many wrong codes. Try again in 15 minutes."
After five wrong codes, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again with a fresh code. If you didn't try to sign in, change your password.
"Too many attempts. Wait a moment and try again."
There were too many sign-in attempts in a short time. Wait a minute and try again.
"This account uses two-step verification. Sign in with your email and password."
Google sign-in is turned off for accounts with two-step verification. Use your email and password instead.
"For your security, sign in again to continue."
Some actions, such as exporting or changing your email, need a sign-in from the last 10 minutes. Select Sign in again.
"Euporia is in private beta"
Sign-up is by invitation for now. If you were invited, use the exact address the invitation was sent to.
